About Elizabeth

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington.  I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.  During and post graduate school, I served with YWCA Pathways Counseling providing weekly therapy for women and adolescent girls.  I now work primarily with adult-age individuals in private practice.

My Approach

My approach is relational psychotherapy, informed by attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology.  Growing awareness of how you relate to yourself and to others in your life, how you process your thoughts and emotions, and how your life stories shape you will be essential to our work and will help us move toward what you are seeking.  As we work together, I provide supportive, confidential space for you to practice relating to yourself and others in ways that are healing and transformative, space for you to ask the questions you have been needing to ask, and space for you to connect with and enjoy your authentic self.
